| Cancellation of any vehicle type less than two (2) hours prior to scheduled pick-up in the continental United States, and less than 24 hours if international, will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the service fee(s). If you do not see your chauffeur, you must call (877) 273-8696 to avoid a “No Show†charge which is equal to the base fare price of the trip plus service fee(s). Town Limousines Inc. shall not be liable for passenger flights or trains that are missed, canceled, diverted, delayed or any other incident which results in failure to comply with the Cancellation Policy. In situations arising from cancellations and re-bookings, Town Limousines Inc. will do its best to fulfill clients’ needs without detriment to other reserved clients. Town Limousines Inc. terms and conditions may be changed at any time, without notice thereof.
SPECIALTY VEHICLES: Reserved Stretch Limousines, Hummer stretches & Coaches require 72 hours advance notice prior to the scheduled pickup time (based on the local time zone of the pickup location) to avoid a late cancellation or no-show penalty. Cancellation penalty: if the date is canceled within 4 to 7 days prior to the reserved date, the client will be charged 50% of the fee. If the reservation is canceled less than 3 days priors to the reserved date, the client will be charged the full amount of the fee unless otherwise agreed upon by Town Limousine, Inc..
WAIT TIME CHARGES: There is a 15 minute grace period from the time of the requested pick up. Thereafter, a wait time charge (based on vehicle type) will be applied in increments of 30 minutes from the requested pick up time until the vehicle is on the way to the designated destination.
Miscellaneous fees: The following fees are not included in the sample fares: Gratuity, licensing fees, airport fees, bridge toll fees, parking fees, $25 fee between the hours of 11pm to 5 am and $15 between 5am to 6am. Please call or email us for guaranteed rates.
